Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted in the following situations:

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return.
Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs/videos of the package and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Share the relevant photographs/videos with our support team.
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Situations
